Since its establishment in 1975, ELMEGA has been a leading authority in designing, manufacturing, and marketing machinery and specialised solutions for the agricultural sector worldwide.

Our extensive experience in the industry has enabled us to develop a comprehensive approach to mechanical engineering, adapting our agricultural expertise to create bespoke solutions for our clients.

We have in-house resources for designing and producing metal, rubber, or plastic parts, as well as the capability to manufacture moulds, dies, and necessary tools, ensuring minimal delivery times and optimised costs.

Laser cutting

Using thermal energy, laser cutting offers exceptional precision and efficiency in forming metal sheet parts. With our CNC machine, we achieve high-quality cuts with a precision of ±0.1 mm, in steel sheets of up to 3000x1500 mm and 20 mm thickness, without the need for additional touch-ups.

Plasma cutting

A high-speed ionized gas jet melts and cuts the material quickly and accurately. Our machine, capable of cutting formats of up to 6000x2000 mm and sheet thicknesses of up to 80 mm, guarantees optimal results


Automatic saw

We have two CNC band saws with hydraulic feed for cutting various materials such as plastic, steel, etc.


CNC folding machine

The CNC folding machine ensures precision and consistency in folding sheets with different angles. With a maximum length of 3000 mm and a capacity of 1250 TN, we guarantee uniform results from the first to the last piece.


Tube bending machine

The CNC tube bending machine allows us to bend steel tubes with constant and variable radii.

Sheet rolling

We achieve sheet bending using rollers, with the capacity to bend steel sheets from 0.5 to 6 mm thickness and up to 3 meters in length..


Manual and robotic MIG/TIG welding

MIG welding uses an electric arc between a wire electrode, while TIG welding uses tungsten to produce stronger seams less prone to corrosion.

We have four units of manual MIG welding and two units of manual TIG welding, operated by skilled welders.

To reduce time and costs, we have MIG/TIG welding robots that automate long and interrupted series with precise welds. Our facilities include three MIG/TIG robotic welding cells of different sizes.


Machining centre

Two Johnford VMC 1100 CNC machines, with travels of 1300x610x770 mm, allow us to carry out complex machining with minimal human intervention, achieving high production speed and cost reduction.

CNC lathe

A TA series CNC lathe achieves machining of parts with high precision and automation. Additionally, we have a CMZ TBI-520 lathe with head speeds of up to 2980 rpm and axis travel of 296x1090 (X Z) and a piece diameter of 520 mm.

Electrical discharge machining (EDM)

Electrical discharge machining is a machining process that uses electric discharge instead of mechanical forces, allowing for material removal with high precision.

We have an ONA PRIMA E250 wire EDM machine, with a travel of 350x250x200 mm (xyz) and the capacity to cut fine details between 3 and 4 µm, as well as minimum radii of up to 0.15 mm in tooling, dies, moulds, etc.

Additionally, we have an ONA HS300 plunge EDM machine, with a travel of 400x300x220 mm (xyz) and the capability to machine fragile parts and complex geometries, with extremely fine surface finishes.



This process allows for polishing plates to achieve an appropriate surface finish.

Painting booth

We have our own painting booth for painting parts with a quality finish without the need for subsequent polishing.


Mechanical presses

Mechanical presses are machines that deform parts by applying high pressure in a controlled manner.

We have a variety of hydraulic presses up to 1000 tonnes (table size of 1450x960 mm) and mechanical presses up to 300 tonnes (table size of 1000x1000 mm), allowing us to obtain embossed sheets, tube flaring, pressed sheets with various shapes, among other processes.
